Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi, the former GFA boss and suspended executive member of the FIFA council, has sued ace journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas for ridiculing him in the famous Ghana Football corruption exposé nicknamed Number 12.
Nyantakyi is claiming Anas Aremeyaw Anas ridiculed him in the exposé. Two others, TigereyePI, and one Ahmed Hussein Soale are included as Respondents in Nyantrakyi’s suit.

Mr. Nyantakyi is seeking damages for violation of his fundamental human rights. He is claiming the secret recording and its publication are an assault to his dignity as a person and it caused him considerable embarrassment through the “caustic and adverse and social comments,” as stated in his suit filed on 25th September 2018.
Mr. Kwesi Nyantaki is requesting a court order to “declare that the secret recording of my conversation and interactions with Respondents and publishing same without my consent and authority violates my fundamental human right to privacy and confidentiality in my dealings with others.”

The once upon a time football Mugabe also asked the court to declare that by “prejudicially and deliberately publishing the secret recording of my conversations with Respondents and misrepresenting to the public that Respondents paid me money under corrupt circumstances thereby exposing me to ridicule”
