Musician Wanluv has waded into the call on the VGMA board by some music lovers to reinstate Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy after their indefinite ban over the behavior at last years event.
According to Wanluv, it was unfair on the part for the board to ban the two music giants as their actions on the night do not merit such punishment.
He stated that at best, the board should rather ban the former manager of Stonebwoy Blakk cedi because he was the one that bought out the gun and handed it over to Stonebwoy on the night.

The one half of FOKN boiz questioned Blakk Cedi’s intent on bringing the gun to such an air-tight venue.
Though Wanluv has made his plea clear, Veteran musician Rex Omar has also tasked the VGMA board to maintain and still stand by the words of suspending the musicians.
The call to bring back Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale into the award scheme heightened after the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards opened nominations for the 2020 event.
