Top Kay previously alleged that Akosua Patricia cheats on Lilwin, now, he has come out to reveal that Akosua Patricia suffers countless beatings from the hands of Lilwin.
According to Top Kay, he has an audio and pictures as proof of the allegation. According to him, in one of the photos, Akosua Patricia’s face looked like that of Ayittey Powers after his severe beatings by Bukom Banku.
