Popular fetish priest Nana Top Kay in reacting to the accusations levelled against him by the wife of Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has made some surprising revelations about her.
According to Nana Top Kay, Patricia Afriyie who is the wife of Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin is a chronic cigarette and weed smoker.

“You will be amazed as to the quantity of weed she smokes as a woman. Patricia has pushed me to a point I can’t take any longer. There is a ghetto in my vicinity which she often visits to smoke”, Top Kay disclosed.

Nana Top Kay also disclosed that he has numerous audios of Lilwin’s wife since the onset of their marital issues.
He further explained that all the accusations made against him by Patricia are false and at the right time will reveal everything.
It seems the issue between Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin and his former Boss Nation members will not come to an end soon.
