Lord Kenya Has Revealed He Is Willing To Do A Song With Obrafour But Only On This One Condition
The legendary Hiplife artist Lord Kenya has revealed he is willing to work with to release a song with another living legend, Micheal Elliot Okyere Darko known is showbiz as Obrafour.
Lord Kenya born Philip Akpor Kojo was very popular and award-winning secular music artist in early 2000 until he turned evangelist.
Prior to joining the Christendom, Lord Kenya and Obrafour were the Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy today. Besides their lyrical prowess, they were archenemies and despite the plea from their fans, Ghanaians never got to enjoy a collaboration from these two amazing rappers.
But Lord Kenya has hinted he is now willing to do a gospel song with Obrafour but only on the condition that he convince him without reasonable thought he is now a born-again Christian.
He made these revelations when he spoke with Fancy Di Maria on Angel Sunset Drive. Speaking further on the issue, Lord Kenya said:
“Obrafour is my brother. We were in the game together till I was kidnapped by the Holy Spirit. And am really looking forward to working with any day but only on the condition that he becomes born again Christian”.
” Look, If Obrafour is able to convince me that he is a born-again Christian, then you should expect a gospel song from the two of us very soon. But he has to be a born again Christian first”
Speaking on other issues, Lord Kenya also revealed he used to smoke wee with Lazy Dog but explained that unlike him, Lazy Dog wasn’t that a good wee smoker.
“I used to smoke wee with Lazy Dog, but he was not a good smoker…he comes and goes while I spent my day at the wee smoking base.”
The Hiplife artist turned Evangelist admonished Ghanaians not to condemn Ofori Amponsah for abandoning his call to do secular music again but Christians should rather pray for him because he needs it.
He also revealed within the coming years, several secular musicians will be called to do the work of God.
