The musician of the moment and the most hated artist, Kumi Guitar has revealed that he was classmates with his current boss, Nana Appiah Mensah.
According to him, Nana Appiah Mensah knew his talent and decided to support his music with the needed funds in order to get him out there.

Speaking in an interview on Rainbow Radio, he indicated that when he had the offer, he pleaded with Nana Appiah Mensah to include other artists which he agreed and that gave birth to the most talked about Label, Zylofon Media.
Emotional Kumi Guitar revealed how desperate he is to be in collaboration with dancehall artist, Stonebwoy despite their primitive dispute.

‘’what kind of question are you asking me? In fact is a must. He [Stonebwoy] is my brother and collaboration with him is a must. Ghanaians should expect something big from the two of us,” he said.
