For the first time, Mama Gloria, Badu Kobi’s wife has opened up on how she met the popular man of God and why she accepted his marriage proposal as soon as he proposed.
According to Mama Gloria, she was in the Nursing Trainee school at St Louis in Kumasi when God revealed to her in a prophecy that she will marry a man of God.

Although the identity of the person was not revealed, she was shown in the dream that person will be a successful person and he will feed many people though his ministry.
But she together with Rev. Owusu Bempah’s wife kept praying and prophesying to others until God told him his husband was in the school and where he was at that moment.
Shocked by the revelation, she raced there only to find Badu Kobi who had come to visit someone. At the time, Badu Kobi was not a pastor; he was only a businessman but a devoted Pentecostal.

That day, they did not speak but when Badu Kobi finally approached her upon subsequent visits and proposed to marry her, she knew already so she accepted on the spot.
Interestingly, Mama Gloria claims Badu Kobi had planned everything he is doing now. Who he will gift a car, money, etc.

Mama Gloria, who is also an Asante has come under attack following Badu Kobi’s ethnocentric comments which have sparked outrage on social media.
Many people believe she might be treating her husband badly hence the outburst from Badu Kobi. Others are wondering why she has not called her husband to order yet.
