Man who desperately needed a child for 23 years dies shortly after welcoming set of twins

His joy was to become and be called a father. He had the dream of holding a kid whom he could call his own, his life’s joy was dependant on becoming a father.

His dream came to reality but it was short-lived. Tony Abayomi Alder a Nigerian national who desperately needed a child has kicked the bucket (died) shortly 7 months after welcoming a set of beautiful twins.

The news about his sudden demise has left many in shock as they mourn him.

Ibukun Awosika a close relative, took to Instagram to mourn the deceased. She revealed that the late Tony, who was a missionary worker, died today in the early hours.

Her post reads: ” Tony Abayomi Alder. Who went to be with the Lord today 24/2/2020.
A most faithful, most diligent, most dedicated, most trustworthy and loyal member of my team at Christian Missionary Fund for the past 25 years. You became my brother and my friend as we sought to build an institution to serve the Lord through the support of the missionaries across the length and breadth of Nigeria.

That you will be missed is an understatement. I am grateful to God that, after waiting for 23 years, you witnessed the birth and enjoyed being a father to your twin boys, if only for 7 months. We truly love you but humbly submit to the will of God. May you forever be remembered for your cheerful service to the God you loved so much, your faithfulness as a husband to Toyin and your love of all around you”.

Social media users have been mourning his death ever since the news broke. May his soul rest in peace.
