Ghanaian rapper M.anifest has made an alarming call to Ghana Music Rights Organisation(GHAMRO) to work hard and pay the royalties deserved artists in the country.

GHAMRO is responsible for recognizing and rewarding music and other art forms of creativity, to undertake collective rights management for musical works, sound recordings and performances.

But it seems musicians are getting what is due them as the Hippop artist has made it widely known that the work of the Ghana Music Rights Organisation has yielded no results.

The VGMA Best rapper of the year 2017 revealed this on Focus on Africa on BBC Africa when he was hosted by Veronique Edwards to talk about his musical influences and latest projects on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

“Shouts to Ghamro I know you people are working but please work hard so I can get my royalties. I haven’t received a single penny from you guys” he said.
