The award-winning Ghanaian hiplife rapper Kwame Ametepee Tsikata popularly known in the music industry as Manifest has given his side account of how he managed to escape the atomic gas explosion with his family.
Manifest who is one of the renowned rappers in the country given detailed account explained that he together with his family members had moved from their home which is closed to the explosion site.

The hiplife artiste who viewed to have been in a state of shock took to his handle on Twitter to report the gas explosion. He earlier posted, “There’s a raging fire in Madina!” to awake people coming near that part of Medina to take care.
Some minutes later, the rapper pointed out that, “We’ve evacuated our houses!!! Everyone has. A Huge explosion and raging fire. Unbelievable. Madina”.

Nevertheless, he didn’t take it as a joke on some social media as some folks on social media was making a mockery of it believed to have caused death and setting many vehicles ablaze that were near the explosion.
And also, he took to his Twitter handle and posted, “Even in times like this trolls with rotten hearts and empty souls feel the need to be on some bs. SMH” the rapper bewail.

Few deaths have been recorded and an unknown number of people who were affected by the flames are believed to be receiving treatment from medical centers in the neighborhood.
The vice president of the Republic of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia paid a visit to the casualties at the hospital where they were admitted following the recent explosion at the atomic junction.
