A video of Nana Ama McBrown performing Black Sherif’s hit single “Kwaku The Traveller” at her husband’s birthday party has left social media users awestruck.
On the night of Wednesday, August 3, 2022, a lavish private ceremony was organized by McBrown and her mother-in-law for Maxwell Mawu Mensah as he turned 39 years.
Friends and well-wishers thronged the party that was held at the couple’s house in their numbers to make merry as they ate and danced to music all night long.
One of the highlights of the night was the moment McBrown, who always brings life to the party, did what she knows how to do best to entertain guests at the event.
Trending videos showed the host of UTV’s United Showbiz singing Black Sherif’s chat-topping song without mincing the lyrics.
However, some netizens have described her performance as a response to backlashes from fans and followers after confirming going under the knife to enhance her body.

Iconic Ghanaian actress and TV show host, Nana Ama Mcbrown had subtly confirmed the wild rumours of undergoing surgery to give her butt and curves some lifting while addressing you ladies at the just-ended Glitz Africa SHE Mentorship Summit.
The actress emphatically advised ladies with resources to maintain their bodies if they don’t feel comfortable and confident with their natural bodies.
“[I’ve gone] for liposuction, I am saying it and I’m not shy because if you’re growing and you’re comfortable and you have the resource, and you’re healthy, you still need maintenance,” she said.
“When you buy a car and you’ve driven it for a few years, can you not spray the car? Can you not change the bonnet?”
Although Nana Ama Mcbrown’s advice might seem harmless some discerning Ghanaians have suggested she’s badly influencing young girls who are not comfortable and confident in their natural bodies not to settle for less.
