Ghanaian rapper Medikal has really angered Ghanaians on social media especially fans of rap music after his controversial tweet saying he saved Ghana rap music from dying last four(4) years.
After this tweet, several people bashed him for making such statements including some of Ghana’s top rappers.
Others were also of the view that because he took an award at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, he thinks he is now on top of the world.

A tweep with the username @Kanzo_5000 after seeing Medikal tweet decided to troll him and given if Ghanaians are listing their top 500 rappers Medikal’s name won’t be included in the list.
He posted: “Top 500 kraaa wonka ho”
Medikal after saying the tweet hit back at @Kanzo_5000 saying even though he is not part of the top 500 rappers @Kanzo still follows him.
