Angry Menzgold investors to seize the properties of Zylofon Media artists

Angry investors of the Gold dealership company, Menzgold calling themselves Concerned Investors of Menzgold has threatened to confiscate properties belonging to Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Menzgold such as Zylofon FM.

Besides Nana Appiah Mensah’s companies they plan to put under lock and key, the group has also revealed plans to seize properties belong to artists signed unto the Nana Appiah Mensah owned Zylofon Media Record Label.

Among the properties they plan to seized are Becca’s Beauty Spa, Shatta Wale’s East Legon mansion bought for him by NAM1, Benedicta Gafah’s mansion and cars bought for her by NAM1 and other artists properties.

According to the press release sighted on the social media pages of Afia Schwarzenegger and signed on 22nd October 2018, the Concerned Investors of Menzgold claims the artists signed by Nana Appiah Mensah used their influence to convince people to invest with NAM1’s Menzgold thereby falling for the “elaborate scam”.

The group is also laying part of the blame for their restless on the government of Ghana. According to them, the CEO of Menzgold should be behind bars for fraud instead, he is being coached by some mysterious powerful hands to go to court to waste investors time.

Menzgold has been ordered to shut down its gold vault product service by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Ghana for violating operational permit in a letter dated 7th September 2018.

Menzgold has taken SEC and the Bank of Ghana to court for unnecessary interference in its operations leading to the break down of investors confidence. The court is yet to call the lawsuit.
