Menzgold releases official statement following NAM1’s release

Earlier today, Ghpage.com reported that, Nana Appiah Mensah, CEO of embattled gold trading firm Menzgold Ghana limited had made bail and has been released from police custody.

This news triggered the deeply aggrieved customers of the embattled gold trading outfit. They began clamouring for the immediate payment of the monies Menzgold owes them.

Addressing their concerns and updating them on the current situation, the communications officer for Menzgold, Nii Armah Amartefio issued a press release.

The press release confirms NAM1’s bail, thanks the legal team and assures the customers  that NAM1 would soon address their concerns once he has fully rested.

NAM1’s case has been adjourned to 3rd September 2019. He has been charged with operating a bank without a license and defrauding by false pretense.

Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM1 was arrested on 11th July upon his arrival in Ghana after spending several months in Dubai.
