Popular radio presenter and host of the Lawson Afisem Show, Maame Frimpomaa Korankye (MFK), has debunked the widespread rumours suggesting a fallout between her and her former mentor, Aunty Naa.
In an exclusive interview with GhPage, MFK firmly stated that there is no bad blood between the two and described the rumours as mere fan speculation.
“There’s no enmity between myself and Aunty Naa. I still call her ‘Mummy’ because of the deep respect and love I have for her,” she said.

MFK, who previously served as Aunty Naa’s deputy before taking on a leading role at Lawson FM, attributed the supposed tension to assumptions made by fans rather than any real conflict.
“Some fans are the ones trying to create the impression that there’s a beef, but that’s far from the truth,” she clarified.
Addressing claims of rivalry, MFK stressed that there is no competition between her and Aunty Naa, as they both share a common mission, which is to support the vulnerable and champion social justice.
“We are working towards the same goal: helping the less privileged. There’s no room for competition when you’re focused on the people,” she emphasised.
