Teenage actress, Maame Yaa Jackson in 2019 has revealed in an interview that she played more shows that Shatta Wale during last year’s Christmas season.
The ‘Tear Rubber’ singer in an appearance on Peace FM’s Entertainment review on Saturday 2nd February revealed that venturing into music has been a little bit tough for her because the shows she played especially during last year really stressed her out.
In her assertion this makes her believe that she played more shows that self-acclaimed dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale.

When asked of the number of shows she played, she was quick to reply that it’s uncountable. Recounting one of the experiences which made nearly give up on doing music was when she played a show in Kumasi and took a flight to Accra to perform another show and then back to Kumasi on a flight to do her second show there.

Yaa Jackson is a well-known young celebrity who is shy from controversies. Last year in an interview with Delay on the delay show, the Kumasi based musician revealed that she dumped her boyfriend who is a member of parliament because he refused to establish a shop for her.
