Ghanaian musician and songwriter Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah Jnr. known by the stage name Akwaboah has indicated that he is hopeful that he will also be celebrated just like legendary musician Obrafour.

Akwaboah stated that he was inspired by the crowd present at Obrafour’s concert adding that his hard work will eventually pay off.

He also added that most of his songs do not get enough airplay but his shows are always packed.

“When you do great things they don’t fade. Most of the songs that I do are very deep, so once in a while, it gets to you when you’ve got great songs out there and it’s not really appreciated.

Sometimes I’m extremely happy that in as much as my songs are not being played on the radio when I have my shows, the place is packed.

It takes time for great music to grow on people so when it does people appreciate it.

I know tomorrow is where the money is for me. I tell myself ‘It’s going to happen, just wait for your time”, Akwaboah stated.

Akwaboah is a talented musician and songwriter who has written songs for several celebrities.

He is signed unto Sarkcess Music owned by BET Award winner Sarkodie. He is currently promoting his current single dubbed “Gangsta loving”.
