A Facebook user who has been identified as Tope Boyede and lives in Akure, Nigeria has disclosed that his neighbour allegedly battered her 2-year-old daughter for failing to count numbers 1 to 200.
According to him, this ill-treatment being meted out to the little girl has been going on for a long time and can’t take it anymore.
