Ghpage.com has come across information which reveals that a Kumawood movie producer, Armstrong Poleeno Addae, was attacked minutes after the burial service of actress Maame Serwaa’s mother.

According to Armstrong, he encountered his attack around 7pm, as he left the funeral grounds at Atwima Koforidua where the burial service of the late Madam Rose Benson was held.
In a report issued by Zionfelix.net which gives a detailed account of the incident, Mr. Armstrong was stopped by an unknown man who demanded him to give out his money and cell phones.
He added that his attacker drew out a knife and stabbed him in his neck when he (Armstrong) hesitated in giving out his iPhone 7 Plus after he had already given out his Samsung phone.

However, the desperate robber fled away when he noticed that two unknown persons were approaching on the scene.
The funeral rites of the late Madam Rose Benson was held on 20th January 2018, at Atwima Koforidua.
Top stars from the Kumawood industry stormed the funeral grounds and gave their massive support to the young star.
Maame Serwaa, the second of the three children of the 48-year-old Mrs. Rose Benson, is the only daughter.
