Xenophobic: Mr. Eazi tells South Africans to fight the real enemy

South Africans have once again gotten their name in the news once again over their attacks on other African Nationals claiming people from the other countries have taken all job opportunities in the country leaving them South Africans jobless.

Due to this, the country is in a mess where some looters renewed their xenophobic attacks on foreign nationals, especially Nigerians.

According to Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade popularly known as Mr. Eazi, South Africans are fighting the wrong enemy since the real enemy is poverty.

Mr. Eazi took to twitter to post this.

The tweet reads: “Fight the real ENEMY!! Fight POVERTY!!!!”

According to sources, law enforcement authorities in South Africa have been overwhelmed by looters in the latest round of xenophobic attacks by residents in Johannesburg.

Meanwhile, some other celebrities and public figures have been reacting to the latest South African Xenophobic attacks.

Wendyshayofficial: “We as blacks are mostly fighting against racism, but how on earth should we stand against each other in this same times that Africa needs solidarity? I think this is never the best of whatever we can offer to one another as Africans. We should try and stand for each other at any point in time no matter the circumstances. Let’s say no to xenophobia !!! #StopXenophobicNow”

According to a police statement, forty-one people have been arrested in connection to the attacks. Further reports state that law enforcement agencies are still working tirelessly to bring the situation under control.
