Nana Appiah Mensah’s Menzgold was once the back-up plan for many businesses, companies, youth group, etc.
Aspiring president for the Musician Union of Ghana(Musiga) and legendary musician Bessa Simons has disclosed in an interview with Larry Bozzlz that the group led by its current president Bice Osei Kuffor popularly known as Obour has invested a huge sum of money in Menzgold.
According to Bessa, Musiga invested over GH 70,000 in the Nana Appiah Mensah owned gold dealership company before it collapsed last year.

He went on to explain that just like the other firms that invested in the company, they had good intentions with the money by investing and strengthening the union financially but the outcome is what we are seeing now.
Menzgold started having issues with Securities and exchange commission(SEC) and the Bank of Ghana(BoG) which eventually led to the closure of the firm with customers crying for their monies.
CEO of the company has promised to settle all his customers if he is given the chance but since his return from Dubai he has been in prison custody.
