The Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) has composed an all-female tribute song in memory of late female dancehall artist, Ebony Reigns.

The sorrowful song composed by MUSIGA as a tribute to Ebony features some of Ghana’s talented female vocalists.
The song which is entitled “Nana Hemaa” features names such as Adina, MzVee, Efya, Freda Rhymz, eShun, Feli Nuna and Adomaa.
Produced by Richie Mensah of Lynx Entertainment, the song is in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture and the Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO).
Ebony, born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, met her fate in a bloody accident on the Sunyani-Kumasi highway after visiting her mother on February 8.
Her childhood friend and assistant, Franky Kuri, and their military bodyguard Francis Atsu Vondee also died as a result of the fatal crash.

She will be buried on March 17.
