A man who has visited Ghana for holidays is appalled by the number of men asking for his daughter’s hand in marriage.
According to him, he is shocked at the number of proposals his daughter has been receiving since they landed in Ghana.
The man, who is based in Germany, is a Ghanaian and has only visited Ghana with his daughter.
His beautiful daughter, who looks quite older than her age, has attracted marriage proposals from local men who are ready to pay her dowry.
In an atweet, @city_shatta, intimated that although they had been in Ghana for less than a month, he could not understand how the three men were already interested in his daughter, who is underage.
He wrote:
My daughter is 15 years old. We have been in Ghana since the end of July. She is totally surprised by their numerous marriage proposals.
Meanwhile, many have advised him to be concerned about the welfare of his daughter, since no one could know what some of those men could be thinking.
The man has since deleted the tweet in order to protect the identity of his daughter against potential paedophiles.
