Ghanaian musician Mzbel is not new to passing controversial comments when it comes to matters involving Christianity.
The musician after stating emphatically that she was not a Christian has once again made a make a damning comment about the religious group.

According to Mzbel, speaking in tongues by most Christians is a silly joke and not biblical.
She claimed that in the Bible when the apostles spoke in tongues they actually spoke in other languages which the assembled multitudes understood.
Therefore Christians who speak in tongues are actually speaking other languages, not speaking something nonsense their brain made up for them.
“People would say that on the day of Pentecost, the disciples spoke in new languages, but when you read further…they only spoke languages either than their mother tongues.” she asserted.
“Tongues itself is play. It is very silly… when you go to church and speak in tongues, it is senseless”.
