Gloria Akepen Acquah best known as MzGee, the popular entertainment show host with Multimedia Group has resigned, Ghpage.com can confirm.
MzGee joined Multimedia in 2014 and has been a strong figure in the entertainment industry of Ghana since then.
MzGee co-produced Daybreak Hitz. MzGee‘Campus’ and ‘Entertainment This Week’ on Hitz FM and anchored Hitz News @1.
MzGee’s resignation letter took effect on 1st November 2019, Ghpage.com sources have revealed.
Surprisingly, her resignation comes a few days after Afia Pokuaa, aka Vim Lady resigned from Multimedia.
Multimedia has suffered resignation of their high profiled personalities in recent times.
Manasseh Awuni Azure, Kofi Adomah Nwanwani, Ohemaa Woyeje, and few others have left. It’s been alleged Captain Smart may also resign soon.
Ghpage.com sources have again confirmed MzGee has joined Media General. She will be hosting the resuscitated TV3 Mentor.
We understand the offer from Media General was a juicy one she couldn’t turn down. However, the managers of Multimedia are doing all the can to get MzGee to rescind her decision
