The Accra High Court’s Financial and Economic Crimes Division presided over by Justice Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe – Has given the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) express authorization to auction the properties of alleged fraudster Nana Appiah Mensah.
The order came after EOCO filed a motion asking the court to enable it to auction off the defunct company’s assets.
Brew Energy and G-Tech Automobile Service are two of the companies that will be sold together with other Menzgold’s assets.
Other properties of NAM 1 which will be auctioned for sale are Zylofon Art Complex, Brew Marketing Consult, Star Madrid is a football club in Madrid, Spain.
Zylofon Music and Media Company Limited, plus two properties located at Trassaco Valley, an uncompleted residential property, and 510 acres of land said to belong to NAM 1 were also frozen by the court.
