Private legal practitioner Maurice K. Ampaw has stated that the CEO of Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah looks spiritually dead.

According to the controversial lawyer, NAM1, as he is affectionately called, is looking like a ghost when he (Maurice Ampaw) met him at the press conference yesterday.

Maurice Ampaw claimed he observed that Nana Appiah Mensah looked like a sick person reading his will to family members at the conference.

“Yesterday, I saw NAM 1 as a sick person who is reading his will to family members. The guy is looking like a ghost. He is dead spiritually when I saw him yesterday”, Maurice Ampaw indicated.

Maurice Ampaw who is also a customer of Menzgold Ghana Limited stated that NAM1’s health has deteriorated after spending several months in Dubai prison.

Nana Appiah Mensah yesterday, 19th August 2019, held a press conference to address customers over the current state of the company.

NAM1 added that Menzgold is a licensed legitimate business registered by the Security and Exchange Commission and debunked claims that he is operating a Ponzi scheme.

He also pleaded with the government to help him retrieve his monies from foreign companies and also unfreeze all his assets and bank accounts to enable him to pay his customers.
