Mr Alfred Larbi explained that prominent or influential people like Nana Appiah Mensah are not confined in police cells but are allowed to go home even though they are in police custody.

Though the CEO of OXY FM couldn’t provide a proof to buttress his point, he reiterated that Nana Appiah Mensah is currently at his East Legon residence cooling off.

It can be recalled that Nana Appiah Mensah returned to Ghana from Dubai after he was detained several months over a court case.

He was however victorious in that court case and arrived in Ghana on 11th July 2019 and upon his arrival was arrested and taken to the CID headquarters for interrogation.

He was immediately arraigned before the court where he was charged with defrauding by false pretence and operating a banking business without a license.
