Reports reaching Ghanapage.com indicates that the embattled CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1) will be returning to Ghana tomorrow, January 17, 2019.

The reports indicate that the government delegation went to Dubai to reach an agreement with the government delegation in Dubai to release NAM1.

The government delegation that went to Dubai included a representative from the Economic Organised Crime Office (EOCO), the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI), National Security and Deputy Attorney General, Joseph Dindiok Kpemka.

This comes after it was reported that NAM1 has been arrested in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after allegedly duping some partners in a gold deal on December 7.

It was also reported that NAM1 has been declared wanted by INTERPOL for money laundering and defrauding by false pretence after his company, Menzgold failed to pay investors their monthly dividends.

This is a big relief to investors since their plea to the government to help solve the issue didn’t fall on deaf eyes and has been able to strike a deal with the government of Emirates to bring NAM1 to Ghana to face the full rigours of the law.
