Ghanaian rapper Osei Kwaku Vincent popularly known as Strongman Burner has disclosed in an interview that it was his girlfriend Nana Ama who advised him not to use some words in his second diss song to Medikal dubbed ‘Immortal’.
According to Strongman, he had lots of dirt on rapper Medikal’s girlfriend, Fella Makafui which would have really disgraced her but Nana Ama advised him to drop it.
He added that his girlfriend Nana Ama was at the studio with him when he was recording the diss song and advised him to remove some unprintable words he used on Fella Makafui in his diss song.
Strongman stated that he heeded to his girlfriend’s advise and dropped the ‘fillas’ he was about to use.
According to him, he received several calls from people who gave him serious information about Fella Makafui but he listened to Nana Ama and dropped it.
“When I was going to record my second diss song, I was with Nana Ama, she was the one who begged me to take a lot of the fillas I was going to drop of Fella.
In fact, people were calling to give me a bunch of information about her car and a whole lot”, Strongman disclosed.
This is in relation to the lyrical beef that ensued between the two rappers, Medikal and Strongman Burner.
Medikal claimed he saved Ghana rap four years ago and released a song titled ‘To whom it may concern’.
This infuriated Strongman and he also reacted with a song dubbed ‘Don’t try’, Medikal countered with ‘The Last Burial’ where he dissed Strongman’s girlfriend, Nana Ama.
Strongman who felt his girlfriend has been disrespected replied with the next song, ‘Immortal’ where he took Fella Makafui to the cleaners.
The two rappers, however, apologized to each other for involving their partners in their lyrical beef.
