Following the unveiling of a five-member committee formed by former President and incoming Ghanaian leader John Dramani Mahama to oversee his ORAL initiative, Ghanaians on social media are in a celebratory mood.
Operation Recover All Loot or ORAL, is an effort by the new administration to recover funds that were embezzled by present NPP government appointees.
Ghanaians are enthusiastic about the possibility of ORAL, and Mahama has appointed a five-member team to start the process in line with his campaign pledge.
Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament (MP) for North Tongu, is the team’s chairman and leader. Investigative journalist Raymond Archer, private attorney Martin Kpebu, COP (Rtd) Kofi Boakye, and former Auditor General Daniel Domelevo are among the other members.
