NIB arrests NPP’s Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi

NPP’s Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, former Chairman of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Board, has been arrested and detained by the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) at Kawukudi, near Nima in Accra.

The reasons for his detention remain undisclosed, but his lawyers are actively working to secure his release.

Currently, his lawyers are at the NIB offices, seeking bail for the former Minister of Education.
