A Nigerian man based in Ghana has introduced his Nigerian friends to Ghana egg and pepper, known in Twi as “kosua ne meko”.
In a social media video, the Nigerian man taught his Nigerian friends how to eat “kosua ne meko”.
The expatriate sat down with a group of friends, picked up the boiled eggs, cut it and inserted red pepper sauce in it. He then gave it to his Naija friends to try.
They finally gave the simple dish a try. After tasting, some were delighted; others nodded their heads in approval while they praised its unique flavour.
