As the December 7th elections approach, some people are bracing themselves to cash out this period since politicians would be visiting them to beg for their votes.

During this period popular celebrities are not left out as they are approached by politicians to join in their campaign train to get their fans to vote for them to come into power for the next four years.

Popular Kumawood actor Wayoosi has stated emphatically that he would never campaign for the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) when his service is needed.

According to him, people tend to lose their respect after openly declaring their political affiliation and that is something he doesn’t want to happen to him.

He went on to say that his family has over the years commanded respect from people and wouldn’t want to do anything that would make his family lose such respect.

Wayoosi whose real name is Joseph Osei revealed that not even celebrated veteran actor Agya Koo whom he respects a lot in the industry can force him to join his ‘Agenda 57’ group to campaign for Nana Addo and the NPP.

Sharing an experience he encountered, the comic actor revealed that one big man he cherishes big-time started avoiding him after he openly revealed that he was a huge supporter of Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

He went on to say due to this, he learned his lesson and promised never to engage himself in showing his affiliation publicly.

In other news, Wayoosi after battling with a kidney problem for some years has stated that henceforth he is no more going to take in alcohol or meat again since those are the things that contributed to his illness.

He disclosed that he is now stuck to eating vegetarian foods since that was what saved him from having dialysis and destroying other vital organs in his system.
