If the FA president, Kwesi Nyantakyi’s words are anything to go by, then Anthony Karbo, deputy minister for roads and highways is the architect of the scheme to set up the fictitious company to secure contracts from the Roads and Highways.
Again he was also the brain behind bribing the president and the vice resident with the $5 Million and the $3 million respectively. The contract itself is to cost $100 million and he [Karbo] will take $1 Million from the investors initially.

Kwasi Amoako-Attah, minister for roads and highways
As part of the deal to secure juicy contracts from the Roads and Highways ministry, Kwesi Nyantakyi revealed Anthony Karbo has advised they give $2 Milion to the Minister of Roads And Highways.
He further revealed the road minster hs prepared to give them contracts and he was even currently looking for investors who would provide road infrastructure on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis.
The $2 Million will firmly secure the cooperation of the Roads and Highways Minister, Kwasi Amoako-Attah.
