Nana Boroo

Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Nana Osei Bonsu popularly known as Nana Boroo has revealed in an interview that the president of the Musicians Union Of Ghana, Obour failed musicians as their leader.

According to the “Fine Boy” hitmaker, Obour originally known as Bice Osei Kuffour performed abysmally during his tenure as the president.

He stated that Obour was running the office like a typical president and most musicians lost faith in him because his performance was nothing to write home about.

Nana Boroo further stated that he will rate Obour 7 out of 100 in terms of his performance, adding that he failed the musicians of Ghana.

“When Obour got in, we thought he was one of our own and understood all our worries, but after getting into office, Obour totally failed us the musicians. Many of us had soo much trust in him but zero.

He was running the office like a typical politician, I would give him 7 out of 100, he didn’t do any serious thing worth talking about”, Nana Boroo disclosed.

In 2011, Obour was elected as the president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), an umbrella group that unites all musicians in Ghana irrespective of genre.
