An Okada(commercial motorcycle) rider is now the talk of the town following an act of kindness he showed towards a businesswoman who mistakenly dropped Ghc10,500 on the ground.
The ‘God sent’ Okada rider with much swiftness returned the lost money of N700,000 which in cedi equivalence is Ghc10,500 to the businesswoman after she accidentally dropped the money on the ground after she alighted.
By reports, the yet to be identified Okada rider picked the said businesswoman from her house to Oghareki market in Nigeria and while alighting from the bike, the money fell off without her eyesighting.
The Okada rider looked back ready to set off after the woman had settled payments and noticed that something has fallen off from the woman but before he could call her to come back, she had hurriedly entered the market.
As a good person, he also packed his motor somewhere and went in search of the woman who by then had realized she’s lost her money and probably might be crying.
God being so good, the Okada rider’s search for the woman came to fruition as he met the woman and happily returned the money to her.
The woman could not believe her eyes that such an honest person exists in Nigeria, a country noted to have some notorious persons. She happily hugged him and thanked him for saving her ‘life’.
