First Annual 3 Music Awards came off successfully yesterday, 24rd March 2018 and considering all other factors like this is their first time, they did great.But I admit the Red carpet was horrible.

From poor photography to unprofessional hosts on the red carpet, everything was out of place and this being their first time is not an excuse, at least they have been to award shows and have seen how it’s done. We hope it gets better next year.
The show saw spectacular performances from Stonebwoy, Eno, TeePhlow, Kumi Guitar(Not Soo Good tho) and host of other artists. One artist who failed to perform was self-acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale

Explaining why he couldn’t make it on stage that evening, he revealed on Facebook that the organizers sort of disrespected him by asking him to perform last which he vehemently opposed.
In a post on Facebook, he wrote:

I know some of my fans travelled a long distance, wasted their time and money just to watch me perform, but unfortunately, I didn’t get on the stage because those people were asking me to drop the mic down for other artists to perform.
They wanted me to perform Last and why should it always be like that?
I just came down from a long journey, I need to perform for my fans and catch some rest. Sorry to all my beloved Fans who’re disappointed.
Sometimes things like this for happen for the Right thing to be done next time.
