Yesterday, Ghpage.com reported that the winner of MTN hitmaker season 7 Okailey Verse aka OV had parted way with Stonebwoy’s Bunington Music Group and was now moving to Blakk Arm record label belonging to the former manager of Stonebwoy, Blakk Cedi.
OV leaving the label comes a few weeks after Kelvynboy kicked out of the label for being ungrateful to his boss Stonebwoy in so many different ways which the label deemed inappropriate.
According to a source close to the Bhim label, identified as Ayisha Modi who is also the manager of some Ghanaian acts has revealed that OV has been an ungrateful person.
In a lengthy post sighted on social media, Ayisha Modi explained how OV disrespected her multiple times.
The post titled “Letter to OV” questioned why it is difficult for some people to appreciate the little things that others do for them.
Read the letter below:
“Castro use to say that there are some animals that are far better than humans. I donโt know how ppl get that kind of evil heart not to appreciate the little things others do for them. Letter to OV Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Being thankful . . . living life with gratitude . . . is contagious. When you take the time to thank those in your life, thank those who make a difference, you set an example for others to follow. A simple โthank youโ lets others know your appreciation, and it also encourages a culture of gratitude.
As we reflect on the many blessings in our lives, as we give thanks for the loved ones, friends and colleagues in our lives that give us strength and support, we are grateful for the peace and joy we share together. The seed for tomorrowโs vision is sown in our success and gratitude of today. Continue to cultivate an attitude of gratitude . . . it is essential to a great yield for tomorrow.
โGratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the othersโ
Gratitude is defined as โa feeling of thankfulness and appreciation, as for gifts or favoursโ and โa sense of obligationโ and a โstate of being gratefulโ
Words to help remember and reframe the gratitude in us all:
โSaying thank you is more than good manners. It is good spirituality.โ I have been in this fucking industry soo long that I have seen it all, so u canโt show me nothing;; your disrespectful behavior wonโt take u anywhere OV I have seen ur type come and go so am so fucking not surprised one bit.
