Renowned marriage counsellor Dr Mrs Charlotte Oduro has tasked married women to also pamper their husbands with luxurious gifts such as phones, movie tickets, cars and several others.
According to the marriage counsellor, women should also try their best and surprise their husbands with gifts and that it is not advisable for women to always be at the receiving end.

Mrs Oduro added that such gesture makes the husband feel proud of his wife and is convinced that she can take care of the home when he is not there.
She advised that women should also plan special dates nights for their partners, take them to the movies which she believes will make their home peaceful and beautiful.
“Sometimes take your husband out, surprise him with a car. It makes the home beautiful and it makes that man proud because he knows that when he’s not there, you can take care of the children.
Make sure he dresses well, make sure he’s always ok, marriage needs a lot of sacrifices, women we need to do this. Men have got an ego, that is how they are, but you can change it, women need to submit, no matter what, men are the heads of families, giving him that respect doesn’t mean you are a fool.
When he comes home, give him food to eat and make love to him. Let’s stop the fight of asking who did you talk to, where did you go, it’s getting to a point where we have grown. Women grow and stop being suspicious, whoever calls is not your business, do your part as a woman in the home, and that is it”, she advised.

Mrs Oduro also advised women to stop nagging and unnecessary complaints because men are very productive when they are in peaceful homes.
She added that unnecessary complaints are very unhealthy and that marriage is all about sacrifice
