Actor Henry Harding popularly known in the showbiz as Pattington Papa Nii Papafio a.k.a Oesophagus, earlier this month was ordained as a minister of God to serve the Lifted Yoke Chapel at Korle Gonno.

The inauguration event for the newly apostle’s ordainment was held at the Civil Service Auditorium on November 5, in Accra.
Papa Nii speaking recently in an interview disclosed that he had served in the ministry for so many years and that this new upliftment that has opened a new chapter in his life is an elevation to another level.
The comedian-actor is well-known for his hilarious roles in hit shows such as Adults in Education, Dada Boat, Hotel St. James and Home Sweet Home among others.

He recently gave his opinion on the large importation of foreign movies into the country, stating that he sees nothing wrong with it, as lots of our local movies also find their way into other countries.
Papa Nii, however, called for a legislation to make sure that more of the local movies get the maximum time space on our television screens.
Well, as he was well-known as ‘Big English’ speaking character Papa Nii, in the popular TV series ‘Taxi Driver’, now he goes by a new title ‘Apostle’.
