The month of November ended a few days ago and as usual, Pastors are hoping their church members bring their tithe.
A Ugandan-based pastor identified as Pastor Paul Muwanguzi has been spotted in a viral video lashing his church members for failing to bring their tithe over the weekend.
In the video, the members of the church made up of young and old people were seen lying on the floor as they took turns to receive their strokes of the cane for failing to bring their 10% to God.

Pastor Paul Muwanguzi is said to be an ex-convict who was jailed four years in 2013 for carrying himself as a Kenyan Catholic priest to extort from his unsuspecting followers.
It’s also reported that after serving for less than a year, he escaped prison custody and fled to Zimbabwe where he was later repatriated back to Uganda in November 2016 to complete his jail term.
