As we reported, nothing official has been heard from the family as the cause of death but already social media is rife with rumors about her death.

Akosua Barbie is was famous all over the Ghanaian internet and she had a huge following both on Facebook and on Instagram.
Details about her death are scanty but Ghpage.com has been informed it occurred on Thursday, 5th September 2019. Her friends have been mourning her death since the news was reported.
