Certainly not devoid of tensions, misunderstandings and the usual lovey-dovey couples’ fights, the two have been together since they tied the knot at a white wedding ceremony in 1962.

John Kofi Agyekum Kufuor became the 2nd president of the Fourth Republic of Ghana from January 7, 2001 to January 7, 2009.
He was also Chairperson of the African Union from 2007 to 2008.
His wife and former first lady, Theresa Mensah is a retired nurse and midwife.
