Last weekend the Church of Pentecost through its general secretary Apostle Nana Yaw Kumi announced that the church has banned sexually suggestive pre-wedding photoshoots.
According to the church’s general secretary, a lot of the couples abuse the practice by going to the extreme of “touching” some places considered to be vital areas of each other as if they were already married desecrating the sanctity of holy matrimony in the process.
It is in their bid to maintain the holiness of marriage that the church which happens to be one of the churches with the largest number of worshippers in Ghana is discouraging the practice.

Over the years as we all know, pre-wedding photo shoots have become an integral part of wedding ceremonies in Ghana just like around the world with many would-be couples often seen wearing the same or similar outfits they take beautiful pictures.
News of the ban has already caused a frenzy on social media with many sharing photos of such provocative pre-wedding photos.
