Ghpage.com reported about an armed robbery attack on Kwabenya Police Police Station on Sunday down around 1: am, where they freed 7 arrested suspected armed robbers and killed the inspector on duty that night.

The police officer who lost his life during the Kwabenya Police Station attack is Inspector Emmanuel Ashilevi.
Inspector Emmanuel Ashilevi is in his late 40s and has been in the police service close to 3 decades according to what Ghpage.com gathered.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Police Service has released the photos and details of the suspected armed who was freed.
They have already mounted a search for the armed robbers who attacked the station as well as those who were freed. They are 6 Ghanaians and 1 Nigerian.
