Musician cum radio presenter Belinda Nana Akua Amoah known in showbiz as Mzbel has lashed out at people who take politics too seriously, stating that the politicians whom they fight for hid somewhere to dine with the opposition counterparts.
The artiste some weeks ago posted on Facebook that members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) after her accident paid her a visit when members of her political party NDC did not even bother to check on her to find out how she was doing.

In an interview on Accra-based Hitz FM, Mzbel indicated that her accident and the reaction from her political party and the NPP has taught her that politics is not about enemies but friendship and that if she needs help, she can call on people from other political parties.
The singer also revealed that after she complained of the negligence by her party NDC, they came rushing to check up on her and also the former President John Dramani Mahama sent her a message checking up on her.
