Alicia Rio, a popular pornstar, has reportedly died at the age of 55 after “complications with Cov!d.”
The X-rated actress was found unconscious at her home last week and died the following day, on January 17.
After starring in hundreds of adult films during the 1990s, including Boderline, Reflections of Rio, and Fantasies of Alicia, Alicia was well-known in the adult film industry.
Alicia Rio made her debut into the adult film industry in 1991 and was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2004.
A relative of the Mexican born star posted on Twitter: “We believe it was ultimately a bout with Covid that cut her life shorter than we would have hoped and expected.”
