Praye accused of stealing up and coming artist, Yaw Berma’s song

The rebuilt Praye group made up of Praye Tintin, Praye Tietia and Praye Honeho (Choirmaster) have been accused of stealing a song by an underground artist known as Yaw Berma.

According to the information gathered, the young rising musician, Yaw Berma released his song, “Asem” four months ago and he shared the freestyle from the studio and the song into a Whatsapp group Chairmastr is also a member of.

4 months later, Praye has also released the similar song they recorded in the same studio Yaw Berma recorded his song and the freestyle they shared on social media was also shot in the same studio.

Praye has titled their song “My Matter”, which is a direct English translation of Yaw Berma’s Twi title “Asem”.

Recently, an underground artist accused Akwaboah of Sarkcess Music of stealing his song after he shared to a Whatsapp group they all belongs to. Akwaboah has since denied the accusation.
