Should we take it that Amissah Arthur was killed for a new running mate? – Presidential Staffer asks

Presidential Staffer at the Jubilee House, Napaga Tia Sulemana has sparked uproar on social media with her comment questioning if the late vice president of Ghana, Mr. Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur was killed by the NDC to pave way for another running mate to be nominated by the party as election 2020 approaches.

Mr. Amissah Arthur who was the vice president of Ghana between 2012 and 2016 was reported dead yesterday 29th June 2018.

According to the reports, he was training at a gym when he unfortunately collapsed. He was pronounced dead when he was rushed to the 37 Military Hospital.

Napaga Tia Sulemana reacting to a post on Facebook questioned if the vice president was killed by former president John Dramani Mahama and the NDC just to pave way for another running mate to be nominated.

Napaga Tia Sulemana wrote:

“Should we take it that he has been killed to make way for a new running mate?”

Considering how the whole nation is mourning the passing of the former veep, her comment has sparked anger among Ghanaians especially supporters of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) who can’t seem to understand why she will make such a reckless comment at this time the whole nation is in grief.

It must be noted that this is not the first time presidential staffer, Napaga Tia Sulemana has passed a comment on social media that has landed her in trouble with Ghanaians.

Somewhere last she passed a comment which sought to imply that unemployed NPP youth who seek help from her as a presidential to get job opportunities are disturbing her. She however quickly apologized for her post on Facebook.
